Last updated: July 24, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website deltacode.ma and describe the general conditions under which DeltaCode SARL (“DeltaCode”, “we”, “us”) presents its services. By using this website, you agree to these Terms.

1. About DeltaCode

DeltaCode is a software engineering company based in Casablanca, Morocco. We provide custom software development, SaaS platforms, AI solutions, enterprise systems, cloud & DevOps, and related digital services.

Website content is for informational purposes and does not by itself form a binding contract. Project engagements are governed by separate proposals, statements of work, or service agreements.

2. Use of the website

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to:

  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or disrupt the website.
  • Submit false, misleading, or harmful content via forms or communications.
  • Scrape, copy, or misuse our content for commercial purposes without permission.
  • Use the site in any way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.

3. Intellectual property

All trademarks, logos, text, designs, and other materials on this website are owned by DeltaCode or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.

Client project deliverables and ownership are defined in individual contracts—not by these website Terms.

4. Inquiries and proposals

Submitting a contact form or inquiry does not create an obligation for either party to enter into a project. Any commercial relationship starts only when both parties accept a written agreement covering scope, timeline, fees, and responsibilities.

5. No warranties on website content

The website is provided “as is”. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that all content is complete, current, or error-free. Case studies, statistics, and examples are illustrative and may be simplified.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DeltaCode shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of—or inability to use—this website. Our total liability related to website use shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) specifically for website-related services, or zero if none.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

7. Third-party links

Our website may link to third-party sites (for example social networks or client products such as octop.ma). We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability.

8. Privacy

Personal data processing related to this website is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the site, you also acknowledge that policy.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. Courts of Casablanca shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your country.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date indicates the current version. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
